During my recent stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the seamless blend of traditional and modern elements at the lodge. The spacious accommodations were thoughtfully decorated, reflecting local culture while offering contemporary comforts that any wildlife conservationist would appreciate after long days in the field. The staff were accommodating, assisting me with airport transfers without a hitch. Although the owner primarily spoke Portuguese, their warmth and willingness to help transcended language barriers. This lodge created a good home base for exploring the surrounding parks and immersing myself in the local culture. It's a great spot for those seeking a bit of adventure while still enjoying modern amenities, especially for nature lovers like myself who have traveled from as far as Sydney. A well-rounded experience for anyone looking to connect with both the wildlife and the culture of the area.
